This is a Office building complex & Property management company. We are in need of a more modern looking logo. This will be used on online and for collateral printer material.

Any colors you feel that will best showcase your design.
Open to deviating from the current logo colors.

- Be aware we to seperate ourselves from the "Marriot Courtyard" which is in close proximity to this office building.
- Use equal font size and spacing for all the words "Ranch Bernardo Courtyard"
- Try and incorporate you version of the water fountain (seen on the homepage image).
