Our Target Audience:

First-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, home sellers, distressed sale sellers (short sales). Targeting people interested in homes in Burlington and Camden Counties in New Jersey between $100,000 and $500,000. Looking for people in 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s age group, but focusing mainly on tech savvy individuals that can appreciate someone with a technical background that also knows how to interact with people on a personal level. Ethnic group not a factor, but open to special needs of ethnic groups such as orientation, educational requirements, etc.

Color Preferences:

Keller Williams colors are red and black, so I'd like to see mainly those colors (higher percentage of red). I'd like to see some gray or white mixed in there to create a bold contrast with the red and black. Throw in a couple of hints of green (wealth, success) or maybe purple (imagination, plus it's my favorite color!)
