Google "Plumeria flower". Image should be stylized rather than a photo. Logo should ideally be gender-neutral, meaning that it should appeal equally to both men and women. Because the pictoral mark will be a flower (stylized), the font should compensate for the feminine nature of the overall logo by being more simple/masculine in appearance. Will provide feedback on an ongoing basis.
