Please keep in mind sign shape is rectangle- I like lettering with pine brook larger - and then tree design works cause it will make people associate that picture with center. I think green works - maybe with blue or black?

***IMPORTANT NOTE***

I think this is a great start. However, there are a couple of notes I would like everyone to keep in mind:
1) We are in Kansas. So I LIKE the pine tree, but at the same time we do not have a lot of pine trees around here.. (Not sure why the previous owner thought of this name)
2) It is a 'Strip Center' for business to set up their companies. I DO think that you all are on the RIGHT track with making it look "classy" and "professional".
3) Again, Keep in mind that the sign is rectangular. I do like the black and green (more of a
Hunter green or St. Patrick's day green)

Possibly something similar to the following:

I like this one if you change the "guy" to pushing up a building, and have Pinebrook square for the name obviously.

Thank you!!!!!!
