OLW (Tony) here. The logos rolling in look really great. I'd like to challenge you all to propose options that use themes other than the water drop. I do love that as a central theme, and am certainly NOT ruling out a logo with a water drop theme, but that is fairly common in water organizations. Really great also to see the maple leaf signifying the Canadian included in a number of the entries. Thank you all for engaging - looking forward to more entries in the next few days! 9 years ago OLW Client Hi everyone! Thanks so much for such wonderful entries. I should have noted this sooner, but I prefer designs that do not include a tag line, meaning the only words I would like to see in the logo are "Our Living Waters". Good luck and thanks again for all of the creativity. 9 years ago OLW Client More direction. One of the core themes of the Our Living Waters initiative is the idea of "coming together to amplify impact". My team often talks about "moving or paddling in the same direction". They key thing to consider is that Our Living Waters is not an organization but an initiative or project that ALIGNS the DIVERSE efforts of many, many organizations to AMPLIFY our influence and impact. A couple of image ideas to help seed creative thinking beyond the water droplet:1) the ripple effect - the idea that the impact and influence of a single pebble dropped into a water body is amplified as the ripples move outward.2) streams coming together to form a bigger body of water (river, lake) - a number of "different" streams that start at different points come together and get bigger, which amplifies the collective influence and impact. If the streams could be created in some way to give the sense that this is about people coming together, that would be marvellous. Feedback from colleagues is that the maple leaf (signifying Canadian flag) is lower in importance that ideas of coming together, alignment, and amplification. 9 years ago OLW Client The final count down! 50 minutes left for those who want to add to the contest! 9 years ago
