Thanks for your early entry. My first reaction, is that this seems a bit too "girly" for me. I do however, find the overall layout appealing. Also, to be clear the tag line is passionate about communication (no "s"). Maybe, I would like it better with graphic instead the image of me...and maybe the font used for Lisa could be less girly?
Thanks for this early entry.

Two additional things. Not sure that I like the black background. And is it possible for me to post two new photos that I WILL be using as part of the new site design?

You would need to check with site management to see if they have a mechanism available for posting the photos here; otherwise, you could probably post them somewhere on your website and supply links. Background color no problem. And I wouldn't call the script used "girly": I think it's more gender-neutral "playful," carefully chosen to match the serious mugging (an oxymoron?) in your promo video...

Hello ufotofu,
I am not sure if you have decided to continue participating or not. I finally was able to post my two most recent photos to my website. (Sorry for the long delay, I tried something else that didn't work.)

So, I do get why you went with the playful font. In fact, I like it the way you did the Lisa and then used the other font for B. Marshall. That is what attracts me to your design. Perhaps just the passionate part could be different? Or maybe you have another idea?
Anyway, whatever your decision (to continue or not) I appreciate the time you have put into this. Thanks!
Lisa
