The background of the site is going to be using the lighter colors, so Ideally we'd like a logo that makes use of the darker colors. It doesn't have to use these exact colors but it should compliment them and stand out against a light background. I've attached two ideal color palettes. Also, would like something that doesn't take up too much vertical space.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
LI Homefinder is short for Long Island Homefinder. If it looks good, the logo can be styled with periods (L.I. Homefinder).
Ideally we want something that is professional, real estate related, and is 'new' and fresh.' Nothing that is similar to the big traditional brokerages (i.e. Remax, Century 21, Coldwell Banker) which we feel represents 'stale' and 'archaic.'
