Brief Updates

Some of these are good but we are still not there yet. Please keep sending more original concepts. Maybe someone could do something cool with two L's that are made up of a bunch of people or something like that.

I was in the Army so that was nice to see someone go that way. I do like the red a lot but make sure the logo lettering is clearly visible. I also like the green as well maybe some more vibrant shades would help. One of the big messages is "many leads" which is why maybe the Army one has some upside if the stripes were made from a bunch of people? Anyway keep the creativity high and I like the direction we are going!

New Tag Line for Legion Leads: "Veni, Vidi, Vici" which means "I Came, I Saw, I Conquered"
This means, people came to our site, saw our product, (then purchased it) and conquered their market.

The Theme is now Roman Army!
July 15th, 2012, 12:56pm
The Colors are now Blood Red, Black, and White - Right Color combo and variations would be good

Here is what I'm thinking:
Roman Army Theme - Legion is actually a Roman Army Term so it makes sense
Roman Army Font (SPQR) or similar
Blood Red, Black, White or similar color combo
Represent "Many Leads"
Internet Company
Speed
"Veni Vidi Vici" is the Tag Line which means "I came, I saw, I conquered"
Increasing Sales
Professional
These are some narrowed down version of the beginning info sheet! Good Work thus far and good Luck! Let's see that creativity!

Wow, #2 is coming strong and it's literally a toss up at this point. Is this a two horse race or is there someone else wanting to step up??? I really like where we are going! Good Luck and thank you all for your hardwork to this point. I know it's a risk of time if you don't win but you never know unless you try...There are still a few directions that this could go and a few more ideas I'd like to see...

Remember this is an internet business!
July 16th, 2012, 4:23pm
You can now see the path we are on. Ask these questions:
Does my design represent "many or infinite leads"?
Does my design represent technology?
Does my design represent business growth?
Does my design say professional?
I hope this helps you, Good Luck!

Down to the wire for the Top 5 and many of you are close. Keep in mind Sales Growth! Some of you have great roman army concepts but are forgetting that this is an online sales growth business. Also Generating leads is best represented by the infinite look unless someone has a better way to represent infinity...Anyway I'll be making some big changes based on who finishes strong so please bring your best effort today!

Crazy how close this is. Really liking #2's font and colors, #1 Nailed the message I am trying to get across, #3 has a great concept that's unique and could win, #4 & #5 are right there just need refined a bit. Finish Strong as a few minor changes could make the difference between the Top 5!

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:
~~ You, the Client, are very important! Your active participation is the single greatest factor influencing this contest. Active participation by you, the Client, helps you get the logo design you want!
~~ What's active participation? It's updating the brief with more information for Designers to work with as the contest progresses, providing feedback to Designers on their entries when they're submitted, and ranking designs at least once a day.
~~ When you provide feedback to Designers, you increase the chances of getting the logo you want. More feedback = better results!
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion.
~~ Rank designs at least once each day -- this will encourage Designers to submit more entries!
~~ Ranking prevents your contest from going idle! Active contests attract more Designers.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed. Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: http://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Please note: if you're asking for a design that will require several hours to create, to attract Designers willing to invest that amount of time the prize should be at least $400-$500. All "Character" style logos fall into this category.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested." We'd like to know what you don't want so we can give you the design you do want.
~~ The first phase of the contest is the "Open" phase, and everyone can submit during that time.
~~ After your contest's initial "Open" phase closes, it will enter the "Top 5" phase; only the top 5 ranked Designers will be able to submit revisions at that time.
~~ The "Top 5" Designers are the first 5 Designers in a contest, not the first 5 designs.
~~ When "Top 5" ends, the "Judging" phase begins. The Designer of the 1st place design will be the only Designer who can submit revisions at that time.
