This particular government agency deals with healthcare.

Any inclusion of health related symbols/graphics would be great. For example, one idea would be to incorporate the "QRS complex" into the logo some how.

This particular system is an enterprise system...a portal...a gateway to information for the organization.

Someone else asked for clarification...I thought it might be helpful to put it here.

This particular system isn't tracking healthcare services. It's more of a financial system. Essentially, it will be a really nice/elegant system that tracks healthcare related dollars (think budgeting...expenditures...allocating costs...reporting on those things...etc).
