page 3 of 12 shows Muguet bottle with a leaf that almost looks like a horn - we love that! Just an idea. Not sure how we feel about it but it would be interesting to see the idea/use of a leaf! :)

Just a side note: we would like to be able to localize our logo to various cities as it grows - any examples of this would be welcome!

PS. For clarification- the name of the organization is Greenhorn - the chapter is Greenhorn NYC. We are looking for something we can use as a general brand/organization logo but would love to see Greenhorn alone or as Greenhorn NYC. Thanks again!

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:
~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: http://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ When you provide feedback to designers, you increase the chances of getting the logo you want. More feedback = better results!
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion.
~~ Please note: if you are asking for a design that will require several hours to create, to attract designers willing to invest that amount of time the prize should be at least $400-$500. All "Character" style logos fall into this category.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested." We'd like to know what you don't want so we can give you the design you do want.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ The first phase of the contest is the "Open" phase, and everyone can submit during that time.
~~ After your contest's initial "Open" phase closes, it will enter the "Top 5" phase; only the top 5 ranked designers will be able to submit revisions at that time.
~~ The "Top 5" designers are the first 5 designers in a contest, not the first 5 designs.
~~ When "Top 5" ends, the "Judging" phase begins. The designer of the 1st place design will be the only designer who can submit revisions at that time.

Thank you for the information! Very helpful as we are new at this whole process :) We have ranked some of our favorites so far! Hope you all will keep submitting ideas and revisions to designs we like so far! Also, we would like to be able to localize our logo to various cities as it grows - just an FYI! Hi Greenhorn - if you need more logo ideas or want revisions on existing concepts, you should choose your top five favorite logos from the top five of your favorite designers. Only the top 5 designers can submit new or revised ideas at this phase.
