Our Ideas & Additional Information

what i attached is our current logo. we HATE it. everything about it. we want a more sleek, original logo. does not need to include a skydiver or parachutist. we use GLS as short hand for our name. i've also provided examples of other companies within our sport that we like. we are playful, adventures, professional and modern! we want to stand alone from our competitors with an original logo not commonly found at other drop zones.

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design -- designers will receive an email of your comment and can respond directly.
~~ When you provide feedback to designers, you increase the chances of getting the logo you want. More feedback = better results!

I'm not loving any of these... could someone try doing something cool with the GLS? I don't care for all the extra color line swoops. we are looking for something more cutting edge, something that when you see it, you think adventure, skydiving, FUN.

Starting to get some better entries! Still looking for a modern, edgy design... Perhaps monochrome colors avoiding primaries like red or royal blue...

We'd like to avoid the use a teal and black together... our competitors colors involve teal! we love to be able to use our logo in various ways, an abbreviation of GLS in a cool emblem or design along with "great lakes skydiving" or "greatlakesskydiving.com". we like have different pieces we can separate from the entirety of the logo as well using everything together.
