Would like to try (emphasis on "try") to incorporate slogan, "Your ebay agent...Come in Cash out" or" Come In 2 Cash Out"...Using trademark ebay logo in the slogan copy.

1. NO DESIGNER is allowed to offer free services in order to gain favor for a win..that includes backdoor deals in private.

2. NO DESIGNER should ever request or demand their designs to be all ranked in the top 4 spots

3. NO DESIGNER Shall try and influence the contest by berating other designers.

Submission Rules

* NO CLIPART (ISTOCKPHOTO, SHUTTERSTOCK, ETC.) EVEN IF YOU OWN THE RIGHTS.
* NO TRACING OR VECTORIZATION OF EXISTING CLIPART OR PHOTOGRAPHY (UNLESS YOU TOOK THE PICTURE)
* 350x280 pixels or (width/height ratio of 1.25:1) in JPG, PNG, or GIF format
* Only one variation per upload (example: if you want to show a logo in red, blue, and yellow. You would create and upload 3 separate files)
* No designer firm watermarks
* Neatly centered both horizontally and vertically with spacing all around. (No ugly oversized logos that hit the edges, negative space is a designer's friend!)
* No Borders - we are building a clean and consistent community portfolio.
* Your work must be created in a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator, and the final files MUST be delivered in .EPS format. Photoshop is not for logos and.


Admins & Mods will remove entries without notice for not following the above submission rules.

To all Designers. We would like to see if you could come up with something focused around Entry #23 and Entry #50. We really like using Your eBay Agent and Come In...Cash Out tag lines.

Generally speaking, eBay does not permit use of its standard logo by third parties, including Trading Assistants. Use of the logo or the eBay name on merchandise is not permitted. Use of the eBay logo in promotional materials of any kind, on websites or in listings on the eBay site is not permitted."

Entry 82. Great Job!! Please do one thing for us on this design. Take out the Black and change the White lettering back to black. Referring to the tag "Come In... Cash Out!"

When it comes time for final rankings, designers appreciate when you choose the top three CONCEPTS (as opposed to variations of the same design) for the gold, silver and bronze awards.
Also, rank as many entries as possible, because designers get points added to their overall site standing for each blue ribbon they get.

This is how points are distributed:

1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points

After that, each ranked entry gets one point for the designer. Nobody will be insulted by being ranked last, the points are still good! So if you pull some entries out of the "Not Interested" group and give them a rank, the designer gets some benefit from entering your contest.

Hope that's helpful, lots of contest holders don't realize this and most are glad to know. It's a good way to thank designers who don't win the contest prize, but who worked very hard to offer you lots of options to choose from for a great logo. (original post by SpeedLogo - LT moderator)
