I am one of the founders of Global Destino. Global Destino is a company based in Guatemala. I think this might be the first Guatemalan entry in logo tournament history, so let´s make it special!

I just wanted to let you know beforehand how much I appreciate your time and energy. I will be more than willing to answer any comments you might have and I will do so quickly. I have just read this post and found it really useful...

Guys, thank you for your designs. I have liked your ideas. I am also interested in seeing other ideas that don´t include a globe. Try taking it another way, let´s see what happens. I´ll give you an idea, we focus on bringing products from the world to latin america. You can focus also on having something with Latin America in it instead of only a Globe.

Guys, I just edited the colors to use in the brief. I realize that using orange is not giving me the look that I want. please concentrate in different shades of blue and/or purple. thank you!

Designers... I am liking every day more the idea of having a logo that has the name GLOBAL DESTINO in the bottom and something on top, try and go that way.

Designers... so here is summary of what I am thinking until now....

i would like a logo with a DESIGN on top of the name global destino. i like it better when the word global is on top of the word destino. I like different shades of blue, between sky blue and navy blue, purple might work depending the design. I am not that worried about colors but about that DESIGN on top of the name, this is where i want you to be creative... well... really creative! The contest is wide open, so please get motivated to give new designs! I appreciate all of you that have been designing from the beginning, and to all the new ones, you are more than welcome to join! To the ones that have been working with me, just now, I have given feedback to each one of you, so please keep going!!!

I am getting rid of some logos, only because it is easier to rank, but i will BRING THEM BACK and RANK THEM ALL in the end (as far as i know that is possible, right?), I will rank each logo as long as they are not variations of the same logo! I think that is fair, so please don´t withdraw your logos. Hope you are all doing well and are motivated to continue, you are doing great!!!

Designers... thank you very much for the entries!!! You are doing really good!! It is getting very exciting now!!! I have taken some designs out, to make the ranking easier and to do a proccess of selection for my business partners. They will be seeing all your logos tomorrow at aroung 3p.m. new york time. PLEASE DO NOT WITHDRAW THEM as I will bring them back and RANK THEM ALL in the end! I really appreciate the effort and time you guys have put into them, the least i can do is take the time to rank your work in the end, so you can get some points!!! I will be giving points only to different designs and to max 2 variations of the logo, IF I ASK FOR THE VARIATION. Seems fair to me, right?
