That design you referenced is from March of 2009 and probably ripped from my Oct 2008 Happy Homes contest, although it wouldn't be a stretch to see other designers use the same primitives in that way.

Either way they are SUBSTANTIALLY different. All my work is that way.

Take up a LC case if you feel passionate about it.
