It's a marketplace that allows struggling students to get help from qualified academics. Students can post the title of the essay or term paper they're struggling with, and qualified academic writers bid their fee. The student then selects a writer to complete the piece.

Our Target Audience:
Both graduates and students around 18-30.
We're reframing the service to appeal to more people - we want to actively encourage this site as a helpful resource - students should use the work they buy to help them learn, not to hand in to their tutors. We want the logo to reflect this honesty.
Furthermore, we've been working in the Essay industry for the last 6 years, we are not scammers - we want to target at students who have been ripped off before, we want them to trust us to sort out whatever they're struggling with - the 'honest' theme will of course help reflect this.
Additionally, the site is targeted worldwide, America being our primary demographic, so we'd like it to appeal to all nations.

A Halo over the A
Wings, or wing shapes.

We really want to communicate the value that the site offers. Not value-for-money cheap, but value as in what we offer to the customer is worth it.
I'm unsure which formats the logos come in, but would it be possible to get the final logo in AI or PSD format, for resizing - and to make any seasonal changes eventually.
