Could you have the pages show on the right side of "D"? Maybe the D could also be made to look like a hardbound book with an argyle design on the cover so it looks like a diary. Have the WiFi signal come from top right of T to show it communicate with "smart things" that need to be incorporated into the word things.
Initial thoughts “T” -maybe a smart building with wireless antenna signal emitting down to smart devices?
"h” - a smart home with tall part of h the chimney, remote sprinkler out front and small drop cam by front door
“i" -maybe we make the dot on the I a smart lightbulb, and the body of the “i” -a switch that will go on and off with the lightbulb,
“n” -a smartphone and tablet possible OR a remote toaster,
“g” - either a cog, nest thermostat, fit band, smart watch or stethoscope
“s” - ???

It might make it easier to show the Diary pages if the D was tilted to the left and the right side of the Diary turned forward, again to make the pages visible.

Sorry my last post may have been confusing definitely prefer book opening on right and side but the Diary tilted to the left and maybe a little forward so you can see the pages side. Can we put some kind of black binder on the left edge of Diary book and a print design on cover around the D- Thanks

Color selections. VEEDIMS at veedims.com is the parent company of The Pulse and DiaryofThings. My marketing team has asked me after reviewing these first submission to incorporate VEEDIMS "Blue" and Metallic grey as seen in the VEEDIMS logo into DiaryofThings. Lets keep Things blue for now but try to math the pantone blue as seen on The Pulse at diaryofthings.com and please change Diary from orange to the metallic silver as seen at veedims.com. Thanks again for your submissions.

What I would like to see for the Diary book is something like this http://www.iconarchive.com/show/mixed-icons-by-simiographics/Book-icon.html or this: http://www.redmebol.com/coloring-pages-coloring-book/coloring-pages-coloring-book/ for the book appearance and orientation, lets keep the "D" on it and try to include a pattern on the book cover. Thanks

Hi Everyone,
Would like to see Diary color changed to Metallic Silver and Things blue more brilliant. Please see our corporate website at veedims.com or diaryofthings.com for pantone color ideas, thanks.

The judges would like to see designs, #3, #4 and #5 above, replace orange with sliver color from veedims.com.

Anyone want to take a crack at larger and bolder first letters of the acronym: DoT ("D" and "T" in capital letters) with much smaller "airy" "f" "hings" with descriptive images?

Continue to think "outside the box" and we would like to encourage everyone to be creative, original and feel free to think as wildly as your imagination will let you. There's no telling what our panel of judges will be fancied by.

Thanks!
