Our Ideas & Additional Information
Please no use of house imagery. No use of script fonts with flourishes. We are looking for something strong and creative. We are searching for something graphic which pops out at the viewer. PLEASE explore square or rectangle. Thank You! Regarding serif vs sans serif fonts: we prefer sans serif fonts. If serif font is used please use bolder and solid looking style. Keep the logo simplistic; nuances and shading don't replicate well in some of the mediums we will be utilizing. Must be able to show well in black and white print. Web is of particular importance. 1 or 2 color preferred. BTW - Belterra stems from 'beautiful ground'

Update - would love to explore other colors outside the lime green too. Blues should be more on the slate or gray blue side. Don't love the royal blue. Navy still a possibility.

#4 - not enough contrast. Seems like it might not have the clarity when transitioned to B & W. #1 Font to harsh. #3 Like the grey and green colors. Might like other shades of grey - brown/grey? Logo itself also feels like harsh to me.
#6 kind of like actually. worry about not enough contrast for print media and black and white.
#9 kind of like but don't love the font or that particularly shade of gray.
I do like some of the green...but I'm open to seeing some variations on that. Interested in blue - slate in particular.

#30 is interesting to me. Not excited about the font but interested in exploring that concept.
#1 is one that I do like but currently it feels a bit too masculine for me.
#9 Font is interesting. I don't care for two colors within the word Belterra.
#61 and #62 - kind of like and yet the font feels classic and the symbol feels too contemporary for it.
#2 still find myself liking this but would like to find the image more distinctive.

I think I would love to also explore things that can work within square imagery. I need to transition this into web applications - like an avatar, favicon, so some of those things will be considerations for me. Please also note, the words Real Estate, can't disappear in the process of converting to different mediums.

#130 to #133 I would love to see with the original 'B' font I think.

I kind of like #135 and #136..... The strong T is a big masculine feeling to me however.

I'm wondering if we might be able to play with this color palate a bit. http://kuler.adobe.com/#themeID/644782

#195 I find interesting. I don't care for the font and I think if the font were in the darker color it might be stronger for me....

#174 - would you remove the drop shadow and the gradient in the green area. Some of that doesn't translate well in other mediums and I'd love to see how it looks without that....
