Our Ideas and Additional Information:
We are in a small town, Cape Charles, VA with amazing charm. We own a historic home that is the Bay Haven Inn. We are 4 blocks from the Chesapeake Bay. Our goal is to create a tranquil "Haven" for our guests. There are three palm trees on the property.
Target audience is 35-70, educated, no specific gender. We will be a destination location. Cape Charles is a step back in time. Quaint, homey historical community that is surrounding by the bay. Vacationers range from those interested in wildlife (birds, and sea creatures), sandy beaches, to complete relaxation.
Have not settled on a slogan but thinking of focusing on the
"Haven" part of the name. Some of our copy includes "a haven from the hustle and bustle of the world"
We are in renovation mode, but I have attached two photos of the house at Christmas, to help get a visual of the property.
One more thought. The official name of the business is Bay Haven Inn of Cape Charles. However we do not have to use the CC part.
