Aura PerformanceLogo Design Contest

We are happy with the original logo which is the "A" you see on the side of our shoes. Where are looking to incorporate that into a graphic that will print up on a t-shirt with a spring and slogan.

Any chance we can get the official Aura logo artwork to work with? I'd hate to change it and deal with copyright infringements.

I will try and post the original Aura logo on this page. Entry #2 is the closest without the upper line on the A. What were are looking for is more of a t-shirt design here. The logo may or may not be apart of it. The shoes have real springs in them and so the design should have some spring element to it. We have tossed around a few slogans like "get sprung" or "spring into action." It would be good to have some kind of spring icon in there.

Submissions #22 and #23 were submitted by a coworker here and are the current logos we have on file. #22 is the current Aura Logo and #23 is along the line of what we are looking for. We are just not totally satisfied with it.

I don't think I explained myself- we are OK with our current logo but we are looking for a T-Shirt print. We envision our logo on the front of the T with a graphic and possably a slogan like the above Get Sprung with a spring. It would be running influenced as we are currently only doing running shoes. The catch phrase or slogan should tie in running and springs. Having a spring on it is a good thing. It could be Life is Good type influence. We only need the new graphic for one side of the T.

Number 39 is just OK. Our current spring looks and feels like a spring. Our current font of Spring looks like it is bouncing. 23 still gets our message accross the best. We are looking for a better and cleaner version of this but hopefully something better in design and concept.

FYI i own a screen print shop and these designs with realistic springs and gradients are going to give you problems in the future. I seen it to many times in my 10years in business where these cool realistic logos end up looking like junk on a printed T. However you can achieve those looks with direct to garment transfer but they end up washing out afer a few washes. People have great designs on here but I thought I would include insight from a professional shop were we see 1000s of logos a year that end up not looking right.

now i am more confused, what exactly do u need for the logo; aura or get sprung or both?

We are a performance running shoe comapny and have delievered shoes this spring. You can find some at www.runnersedgeny.com . Our logo is set for now-#22 and was put up only so everyone could see to hopefully help in the graphic desogn we are looking for. We may update in the future but for now it is set. We want to create some graphic T's to compliment the running shoes. These will be sold but also used as promotional give aways at running events. We envision our logo on the front or back with a graphic on the opposite side. #23 was put on as an example only. #47 is new and is better. We hope to get accross the spring technology we have on the T but also be attractive. GET SRUNG is good but our hope is for something even better. We have always liked what Life is Good had done with simple graphics and slogans. I hope this helps.

#11 would make a great new Logo. That is our favorite by far but we are looking for a T'shirt graphic. We actaully like this logo better then our current one.

I liike what #61 and #62 has done. The graphic is fun and shows what Aura is. I also like the logo on the botom of the design.

Entries removed, as they infringed on another designer subitted tagline,....

Designers note, copying EXTENDS to taglines, if a designer has concepted tagline you cannot use, unless designer gives permission.

Sorry! I didn´t know about the taglines, but I undestand... maybe you can give me another ideas of a phrase? My english is not that good... I will use get sprung, but maybe I could use another too... its hard for me think a different phrase in english... thanks!

Valentina: no es imperativo crear un slogan. Con que uses los que da como referencia el CH está bien. No es que sí o sí tenés que poner uno vos. Asi que está todo bien si usás directamente el que te dio el CH ("get sprung" o "spring into action")
