What We Do:
Analytics in Focus provides small and medium sized sales organizations with advanced mathematical analyses (i.e., sales force sizing, territory alignment) to help them increase sales and profitability..
Our Industry:
Consulting
Formats Accepted
.EPS only
Top Three Things to Communicate through our Logo:
#1 - Professional - top-quality service from a small company
#2 - Intelligent - people hire us to do analyses they can't do themselves
#3 - Approachable - easy to talk to, let's find a solution together
#2 - Intelligent - people hire us to do analyses they can't do themselves

Our Target Audience:
The target audience is a Director or Vice President of Sales for a small or medium sized sales organization (a few dozen to a few hundred sales representatives). This person was likely a former outgoing, successful sales representative who has been promoted several times. They are hard-working, outgoing, well-dressed, high-income, well educated people (who are more likely to describe themselves as street smart than book smart).
Styles that we are interested in:
Wordmark
A wordmark consists of the company name in a stylized type and may include small abstract or pictorial elements. Famous examples include:
Pictorial Mark
A pictorial mark uses literal or representative imagery to symbolize the brand. Famous examples include:
Please note that the above brands are in no way, shape, or form associated with LogoTournament. They are cited as examples under Fair Use for the enrichment of the general public's knowledge of the graphic arts.
Color Preferences:
I like (darker shades of) Blue or Purple, invoking a feeling of knowledge, trustworthiness, and wisdom. Avoid Fall colors (browns, oranges, mustard).
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
Please don't focus too much on the colors used at www.analyticsinfocus.com (that purple is a little pale). I do think that serif-fonts show a level of sophistication necessary for the type of work we do (I'd be surprised to find myself liking a sans-serif logo, but I am open minded). The words Analytics In Focus is already pretty long. The logo shouldn't be as high as it is long. (Any pictoral marks should probably lengthen it more as compared to anything that makes the logo square) -- The end result should be more landscape than portrait. Lastly, if you want to add the suffix LLC to the end you may (Analytics In Focus, LLC.)
