Alzeca BioLogo Design Contest

I like the concept of using a head. Perhaps something that shows/illuminates targeting of proteins in the head that our technology is used for would make it even better. Of the text, I like the far left (#1) the most. The logo on the right (#3) is a bit too vague.

I love the illumination/targeting in #7. The name design in #6 is also quite good. The non text in #6 looks good but misses the point of brain targeting that #5 and #7 capture quite well.

Thanks for all your entries! I like ideas where the brain looks a bit more abstract such as #9 -- anyone with ideas on how to make the brain images look a bit sexier would be great. Also, the cleaner and simpler, the better. As for color schemes, I tend to prefer maroon/silver or perhaps navy blue/silver. I like #10 in general but would prefer the "target" to be several, smaller targets instead of just one, which is more indicative of our technology. I like #28 aside from the fact that it doesn't show "targeting".

I like the way #50 looks, except that the brown should be a bit more red/maroon like in #66. Also, the rays coming off in #10 provide a nice touch, so I would suggest that #50 incorporates these "rays", albeit a bit smaller. As for logo text, #65 is my favorite -- it has a nice shine on bio and the tonality on Alzeca is also nice.
