Small businesses in all kinds of industries.

Most of my current customers come from the health branche (psychologist, psychiatrists etc. ) but I also make websites for commercial businesses. Coaching is mainly for commercial businesses and universities. My logo should be general, not specific for a branche.

Color Preferences:

My current colours are red and yellow. I want to change completely (new decade, new style) so use whatever colour you like! As long as they are warm colours.

My personal colour type is autumn. Hopefully that helps.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

My last name is Zwaan, swan in English. Some entries have added a swan. I really like that, so let's keep the swan in. Make her abstract, not too literal.

See my current site www.absolu.nl for the way my logo is made now. The new logo should be completely different.

Absolu is french for absolute. Besides being a short name and meaning absolute, it has no further deeper meaning.

NB: Ufotofu added a swan to the logo. My last name is Zwaan (swan in English). It does add something personal to my company name. It is not obligatory though.

Just thinking about an other option: can you guys think of a way to show that it is my 10th anniversary? Maybe an addition like: since 1999 or a big 10? Or is that too much?

Dear designers,

I am very happy with what you have come up. Creative minds you have!

Please continue with the following remarks:
- add: since 1999 (somewhere in the logo or the text lines)
- if you do not use the (abstract) swan, use something else to give the name Absolu more body (like #36, but read the remarks I made for that entry)
- the slogan is: communicatie & coaching
- please also experiment with an emblem, I really like the versace one in the examples, can you go in that direction too?

usually designers start submitting a day before the deadline, the best contest is 4-5 days, with a lot of personal feedback, and guidelines...longer contest are not better.. That's my experience ....but let's hope this is not the case,as the CH is european, and the task is pretty sweet challange to all..., good luck :)
